PRECAST REFRACTORY SHAPES
Any size refractory shape can be precisely cut & cast using our state of the art electronic foam cutting machine. This tool enables us to cut any form shape from high density Styrofoam. Burners blocks, nozzles or any specialty shape can be precast at our shop & dried out under controlled conditions in one of our kilns.
API CERTIFIED INSPECTORS
Our on staff inspectors are available for inspections, QA services, or on site refractory analysis. The API program raises the bar of competence for qualified personnel & provides a peace of mind to the industry that the certified individual has demonstrated knowledge of the relevant content of refractory installation & inspection.

Our construction management staff is able to provide budget analysis, ongoing scheduling & cost updates. We can assist you in designing refractory linings for new equipment, calculating heat transfers, and laying out anchorage systems. We are also able to perform failure analysis & recommend the best repair procedure.
